Ingredients
- 250 grams ground pork
- 1 medium size onion (chopped)
- 15 ounces pork & beans
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 green chilli (chopped)
- 125 grams tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 corn (grated)
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
Cooking Procedures
- Saute onion & ground pork. Add 1/2 cup of water, boil till tender.
- Add the pork & beans, tomato sauce, chilli, salt, pepper & corn. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the fire. Mix with milk & place it in a baking pan (350 degrees °F) for 3 minutes.
- Take-out in the oven & add cheese. Put back for 1 minute or till cheese melt.
- Add tortilla chips on top before serving.

- 1/2 kilo pork spare ribs
- 1 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 thumb size ginger (pounded)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- chili sauce
Cooking Procedures
- Mix all the ingredients well & let it soak overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cook the spare ribs. Wipe with the soaked liquid so that it will not dry while cooking.

- 1/2 kilo pork meat (sliced)
- 5 tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 6 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 5 tablespoon brown sugar

Cooking Procedures
- Mix all the ingredients well & let it soak overnight.
- Skew the meat on the stick.
- Grill the meat.
- Wipe with the soaked liquid so that it will not dry while grilling.
